From his bio:

“Pete grew up playing AAA hockey in Florida before departing the sunshine state to play for the Hartford Jr Wolfpack in the AJHL (currently EHL). After his junior career, he settled back home playing for Florida Gulf Coast University. Playing defense for FGCU, he helped the team to 5 National Tournament appearances including a National Runner-Up and 3 top 4 finishes. Since leaving FGCU, Pete has been a figure in the hockey community taking the position of Hockey Coordinator at Germain Arena in Ft. Myers. Through his position and running numerous skills clinics, Pete was able to share his expertise with a whole new generation of hockey players. His passion for developing talent has allowed him to work with players from AAA, Junior, Canadian Junior, Prep School, Collegiate and Professional levels. Last season he was head coach of the Florida Jr. Everblades Bantam AA team, Video Coach for the USPHL – Empire Division Champion Florida Jr. Everblades and was also an Assistant Coach with FGCU’s ACHA D3 team. With FGCU,he helped them finish No. 1 in the south region and go on to Nationals, finishing with a final ranking of No. 4 in the nation. Pete is excited for the upcoming season and is looking forward to working with another talented group of hockey players.”
